From the Rail & Bus Stations.

Enter Academy Street from the bus station via Margaret St, or from the main entrance to the railway station, and turn left.

At the top of Academy St, and opposite Marks & Spencers, is a taxi rank (approximately 100m from the rail station and 300m from the bus station).  A taxi to Dunhaallin should cost £3-4.
